I offer single-day or 3-day immersions for women desiring more spacious, comprehensive care. These are full days devoted to your body — slow, intentional, and deeply nourishing.

An immersion is an extended expression of my hands-on work — allowing the deeper layers of your tissues to soften and reorganize over time.

We move at the pace of your nervous system, allowing space for hands-on care, ritual, rest, and integration.

This is an opportunity to step outside the pace and demands of daily life and receive sustained, uninterrupted attention to your womb, pelvis, and whole being.

When tending to the wholeness of your womanhood, your body cannot be rushed.

This is for the woman who:

  • Feels something significant shifting in her life, body, or being

  • Is in a meaningful transition

  • Is not local to Colorado and wants to receive deeper pelvic care

  • Is healing or integrating from a tender or profound event

  • Is ready for deeper restoration than a single session can offer

  • Or simply longs to be tended in a way that is rare, spacious, and unrushed

A day may include:

  • Opening conversation and intention setting

  • Tea Ceremony

  • Pelvic steam with personalized herbal blend to take home

  • 4+ hours of bodywork

  • Nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages

  • Herbal bath

  • Quiet integration space

  • Closing reflection

Each immersion is unique and guided by your body.

The focus is not intensity — but depth. Not more — but slower.

There are no prerequisites — only a willingness to slow down, soften, and receive.

Single-Day Immersion: $1200

3-Day Immersion: $3600

Logistics

For 3-day immersions, I provide recommendations for nearby lodging in Lyons. Accommodations are not included in the price.

Food will be provided for you to prepare your own breakfast. All other meals are included as part of our time together.

Our time together will take place either in my home or in your private lodging.

Immersions are also available as an optional closing experience for mentorship clients.
