WOMB Tending

& Pelvic CAre

Hands-on womb and pelvic bodywork in service to your vitality and wholeness

Lyons, CO

Womb Tending & Pelvic care

is a hands-on, female-centered approach to pelvic and reproductive health — supporting women from menarche through menopause and beyond.

Rooted in structural integration, traditional midwifery-informed womb and abdominal work, nervous system-based touch, and relational pelvic care.

This is whole-body care in service to your womb and the wholeness of your experience as a woman.

We work with listening touch — meeting the body in layers from the superficial to the deep — encouraging blood flow, tissue mobility, and cellular vitality.

It is a space to slow down, be held, and tend to what your body has been carrying.

Come be held. Come home.

Women come to this work for many reasons — from specific physical symptoms to a quieter sense of disconnection or something longing to be tended to. You may feel supported by this care if you are navigating:

  • Restore nervous system regulation and felt-sense of safety

  • Reclaim sexual expression, self-trust, and embodied wholeness

  • Be tended to in a way that honors your full experience as a woman

  • Live more fully in alignment with your physiology and cyclical nature

  • Restore structural ease, fluidity, and vitality within your body

This work is for women at every stage of life. We are meant to be seen, met, and supported in the full spectrum of our experience — in our strength, our tenderness, and our becoming. We are not meant to navigate our bodies and cycles alone.

Healing unfolds in relationship — woman to woman.

A whole-body approach

Pelvic care is whole-body care. The pelvis is structurally and neurologically central to your posture, nervous system, reproductive health, and sense of self.

This work honors the interconnected nature of the body and unfolds through deep listening. Nothing is forced from the outside in. We move only as fast as you can feel. Your body sets the pace. While womb and pelvis are central, we are always tending to the whole body.

The intention is to support your tissues in returning to coherence and center, so that vitality can flow more freely.

Sessions may include:

  • Fascia and structural alignment

  • Abdominal and visceral tissue

  • Womb and pelvic bowl

  • Breasts and chest

  • Neck and jaw

  • Craniosacral system

  • Intra-oral

  • Prenatal and postpartum support

  • External vulva touch

  • Internal vaginal and cervical work

  • Anal work

All genital and internal work is slow, fully consent-based, and approached with deep respect for your comfort and readiness. Many women are surprised by how natural and grounded it feels to receive this care.

Investment and Structure

Initial Session: 2 hours $275

Ongoing sessions: 90 minutes $250 | 2 hours $300 | 2.5 hours $350 (required for vulva/vaginal touch)

New pricing effective March 1, 2026.

Because of the slow, intentional nature of this work, most women benefit from an initial series of 3-6 weekly or biweekly sessions.

Each session is unique and guided by your body. We begin in conversation, listening to what is most present and ready to be addressed in our time together.

From there, you will move to the table. The majority of the session is spent on your back or side-lying. You will be draped with sheets and blankets throughout and do not need to wear any clothing. If you prefer, you may wear underwear and a loose bralette (no underwire).

In bringing touch to the body, we move slowly and intentionally. Sessions may include abdominal and pelvic work, fascial and structural support, and when appropriate and desired, internal work.

This is non-agenda touch. We do not follow a protocol, but let your body lead. We move at the pace of the slowest part of you. We follow the intelligence and guidance of your tissues, working at a pace and depth that allows your nervous system to remain supported and regulated.

You are always in choice. Nothing is automatic, and nothing is required.

If you would like to connect before booking, you are welcome to schedule a 30-minute call to ensure this feels aligned.

  • You do not need to do anything special to prepare.

If you are familiar with castor oil packing, beginning a daily practice may support softening and circulation in the tissues. We can discuss this in session if you are new to it.

Please arrive with clean skin, free of oils or lotions.

  • I do not offer vulva or internal vaginal work in a first session. I prefer to build foundation through at least two sessions of belly work before moving internally.

This allows trust to develop — both relationally and within your tissues.

All internal work sessions are 2.5 hours to allow for adequate pacing and integration.

Internal work is also never required within our time together.

If you are interested in internal work, please share this during your initial session so we can discuss further.

  • Most women benefit from an initial series of 3–6 sessions spaced weekly or biweekly. This work is cumulative and unfolds over time.

Ongoing care can also be supportive beyond resolving a specific concern.

  • Yes. Receiving during menstruation can be deeply supportive — both physically and emotionally — and can help soften layers of shame many of us carry around our blood.

  • Yes! I recommend allowing the first trimester for rest and your energy to orient toward this new life. You may book in from 14 weeks, throughout the duration of pregnancy.

Following vaginal birth, you may receive as soon as you feel ready. After cesarean birth, please wait 12 weeks to allow healing before receiving abdominal work.

  • Because abdominal and uterine work can affect IUD placement, I do not offer in-person sessions for women who currently have an IUD in place.

If you are considering removal and would like support navigating that transition, virtual mentorship is available.

  • Yes! I offer discounted rates and shortened session for girls and teens under 18. Sessions are 60 minutes $125.

A parent or guardian is required to be present for at least the first session.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. I do not accept insurance.

I accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
