womb-led woman mentorship

A 6-month private mentorship for the woman who wants more than symptom relief and is ready to feel her body, trust what it’s telling her, and live from that place.

Something is happening in your body, and you don’t fully understand it.

Maybe it’s pain that keeps returning. A cycle that won’t quite regulate. Bloating, tension, numbness, or discsociation you can’t explain. A body that still feels like something is just off and not fully yours, despite everything you’ve done to tend to it.

Maybe you’ve done the therapy, somatics, nervous system work, breathwork, retreats, plant medicine. Some of it has helped. And still, there’s a layer none of it has quite touched, that is asking for your contact.

What most of these healing approaches miss is the tissue itself. The actual body of the womb, the pelvis, the place where everything is held.

That is what this mentorship is.

Not a protocol to follow, or a program to complete. But a sustained, living relationship with your body, held by someone who can read what your body is communicating, guide you deeper in real time, and take you farther than just symptom resolution — into a new way of living and being in relationship to your womanhood.

And as the body begins to shift — as tissue softens, the nervous system stabilizes, the cycle starts to make sense — something else becomes possible. Something you may not have been oriented toward when you first arrived, because you were too focused on the problem to imagine what was on the other side of it.

More sensation where there was numbness. More ease where there was bracing. More access to pleasure, aliveness, and the felt sense of what it means to live fully inside your own female body.

We solve the problem. And then, in your body’s own time, we discover what becomes possible beyond it.

The Womb-led path — where physiology meets devotion

In our modern world, the body is often broken down into parts.

Hormones. Nutrition. Nervous system. Emotions. Trauma.

Many approaches address only one layer. The physical symptoms without the mystery, or the spiritual without the tissue, the body, the physiology.

Your body does not divide itself that way.

Your nervous system shapes how you experience sensation, safety, and intimacy.
Your nourishment shapes your energy, blood vitality, and hormonal expression.
Your pelvic tissue reflects how your body holds tension, protection, and responsiveness — and what you feel, or don’t feel, inside of it.

The womb is the spiritual center of a woman.
She is also living, breathing tissue and structure.

When your womb is tended to — structurally, metabolically, neurologically — your body begins to reorganize how it holds tension, sensation, and safety.

This mentorship is womb-centered, physiologically-grounded womanhood — lived, practiced, embodied.

I’m Krista — and I will be your guide on this path.

My work is rooted in years of study and practice in hands-on womb and pelvic care, female physiology, nutrition, herbal medicine, structural integration, traditional midwifery-informed womb work, and nervous system-based touch.

I arrived here not through theory, but through my own initiations — into my body, into my womanhood, into the practices that have changed how I live in myself. This is the path I continue to walk. It is the path I am honored to walk beside you.

I know what it is to be brought to your knees by your own body — and what it costs to stay, to keep listening, to not abandon yourself when it would be easier to leave. That knowing lives in my hands, heart, and how I hold this work.

“I am very grateful for all the presence and time and attention Krista has given me. The sessions we have done have been uncomfortable in the moment and deeply transforming over time.”
— MW

“My bleed was almost completely pain free, and the flow felt healthier than it has in a long time. An absolute 180 from where I started.”
— KD

“I felt so much more space in my body and ease in my movement. I didn’t expect that kind of change so quickly — I felt deeply cared for and supported.”
— EW

What We Tend To Together

Our work is personalized, and there are core elements.

We are working directly with how your body holds tension, sensation, nourishment, and safety, and how that begins to change over time.

A central part of this work is the healing medicine of touch, learning how to bring your own hands to your body and tend and relate to yourself with deep listening and care.

This is not conceptual work. It is felt, practiced, and lived in your body.

This is about learning how to be in your body, not just think about it.

These are the territories we move through:

Nourishment and metabolic support
— food, minerals, herbal medicine, circadian rhythm, movement, and rest

Nervous system capacity
— increasing your ability to stay with sensation, feel more, move between states, and shift how your body holds stress and experience

Womb & pelvic embodiment and self-touch practices
belly, breast, vulva, and internal practices at the pace of your nervous system to restore relationship, circulation, sensation, and safety within your own tissue

Cycle awareness
— your menstrual cycle as a living map of your physiological state

Fertility and conscious conception support
— for women preparing for pregnancy or deepening relationship with her reproductive capacity

Sexuality and creative life force
— restoring connection to pleasure, desire, creativity, and aliveness

Earth-based and ancestral practices
— living in rhythm with land and season as a physiological practice

Somatic integration
— working with what has been stored in your tissue so it can move, integrate, and reorganize

All practices are introduced with guidance, education, and honoring of your individual pace.

Who This Is (and isn’t) For

This work is for the woman who:

— Is navigating something specific — painful sex, pelvic tension, a cycle that won’t regulate, fertility challenges, disconnection from sensation or pleasure — and hasn’t been able to get to the root of it

— Still carries the felt sense that something in her body hasn’t fully shifted, no matter what she’s tried

— Wants someone she can actually reach when something shifts — not in weeks at the next appointment, but in the moment it happens — someone who knows her history and can help her make sense of what's arising

— Is ready to go farther than symptom resolution — into what becomes possible when her body is no longer somewhere she manages, but somewhere she lives

She is no longer looking for the next fix.
She is ready for the work that goes all the way to the core of her.

This work may not be for you if:

— You are looking for a quick fix or someone to solve your body for you

— You are not open to engaging directly with your body through sensation, attention, and touch

— You are seeking purely clinical answers without a relational or embodied component

— You are not in a place to commit to a 6-month process

This work requires presence, participation, and a willingness to be in relationship with your body.

What This Path Asks of You

Walking the way of your womb requires a willingness to sit in the unknown.

To feel discomfort without immediately making it mean something is wrong.

To trust your body’s intelligence, even when you don’t fully understand it.

To cultivate a personal, lifelong relationship with your own tissue — not as an object to control, but as something alive, responsive, and here to guide you into your fullest expression.

Symptoms are not inconveniences to silence.
They are communication.

Change does not emerge from force.
It emerges from steady devotion to the small shifts that restore integrity and develop relationship over time.

This path is a maturation.
One that asks to be held and witnessed between women.
We are not meant to walk this alone.

Structure

This container is designed for depth and continuity.

Six months allows us to move beyond surface-level shifts and into lasting physiological and relational change.

What you will receive:

  • We meet for 60-90 minutes, ending when the work is complete.

These sessions are where we slow down and work directly with what is present in your body. There is no fixed agenda, only deep listening to what wants to be tended.

Through guided practices, conversation, and observation, we track patterns, deepen your awareness, and introduce new ways of relating to your body.

What unfolds here is then carried into your daily life and supported between sessions.

  • This is the thread that holds everything together.

The most important moments in your body’s process don’t happen on schedule — they happen on a Tuesday when your cycle does something unexpected, when a practice surfaces something you need help staying with, when you notice a pattern and want to name it before it passes.

This is where the work moves from something you understand into something you are actively living.

Much of the integration happens here — in the small, consistent moments between sessions where you choose how to relate to your body.

  • Your body, your history, and your patterns are unique, and the way we work together reflects that.

You will receive specific practices and recommendations based on what your body is showing and what it needs to reorganize.

This may include embodiment and self-touch practices, nourishment support, herbal and supplemental guidance, rhythm and lifestyle adjustments, and ritual and connection practices.

Everything is offered in context — not as a protocol to follow, but as support for your body's unfolding.
