Hi, I’m Krista
Bodyworker, herbalist, lover of wild beauty.
I am so glad you’re here.
I found myself on this path through my own experience of disconnection. After years of hormonal birth control, IUDs, under-eating, murky sexual boundaries, substance use, toxic menstrual and household products, I felt like a stranger to my own body.
Completely disconnected from my cycle. From my blood. From my female form. Eventually, my body called for my attention in a way I could no longer ignore. It became clear I needed to learn how to listen.
I lacked a true understanding of my female physiology — and of the deeper mystery of what it means to live in a cyclical, womb-bearing body. I could no longer place my health and vitality solely in the hands of a system that did not support me in my wholeness.
I have since devoted years to the study of structural and visceral bodywork, traditional midwifery, nervous-system informed pelvic touch, female anatomy and physiology, herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, nutrition, and female sexuality under skilled teachers and mentors. Just as importantly, I remain a lifelong student of the womb, the plants, and the great Mother.
My devotion to this work lives not in ideology, but in lived experience — in witnessing how profoundly a woman’s life can shift when she feels at home in her body and lives with her womb as her center — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I know how disorienting it can feel to feel in some way severed from or at odds with your body — and how empowering it is to occupy it fully.
It is my honor to walk alongside you as you remember your own wholeness and belonging.
