Hi, I’m krista
Bodyworker, herbalist, lover of wild beauty
I’m so happy you’re here.
This is a space devoted to what it means to be a woman of body and earth. Born of my own deep love of this Earth we walk upon, and these bodies that get to carry us through.
My own journey began as one of deep disconnection - a lack of understanding of and connection to the mystery and magic of this life, and the undeniable role of creator I held as a woman. It was my own body’s calling that initiated me into the deep work of the womb and humbled me with a heart to serve.
I have since been an student of many incredible teachers along this path - studying various facets of the body, female anatomy and physiology, bodywork, plant medicine, folk herbalism, handcraft, etc, but most notably, I am forever an apprentice of the womb, the plants, and the great Mother. I feel so immensely grateful to be walking alongside you on your journey of belonging yourself more deeply to this life, as I do the same.
Remembering in my bones - through connection to my womb, through relationship to the plants, through weaving myself into the thread of all womanhood with ancestral earth-based craft - that to be a woman is the greatest gift bestowed upon me changed my life and continues to every day. I am so humbled and honored to be a womb bearer on this Earth, to carry the creative potential for life within my body and to be so deeply and intimately connected to all life through this. It is my greatest devotion in this life to serve womanhood, to hold sacred the remembrance of the ancient ways, and to guide you back home to yourself as Woman.
I am here to serve the pulse within you that knows there is more, that yearns to experience life and yourself more fully, deeply, intimately. To call forth your radical aliveness and the instinctual, cyclical, wise ways of your Woman.
