You’ve done the work but you’re still dealing with tension, numbness, or pain in your pelvis.
22 days to create real change in your body.
Begins May 29th

Our bellies are foundational to our womb, pelvic, and overall health as women.
They house our vital organs.
They are where our wombs reside.
They directly contact our nervous system, our digestion, and our pelvic bowl.
And yet, this is often one of the most disconnected places in the female body.
For so many women, the belly doesn’t feel soft, responsive, or even fully there.
Instead, it feels tight, numb, held, like something to constantly control, or ignore completely.
Our culture has placed layers of shame, control, and expectation onto the belly — that it should be smaller, tighter, flatter.
So many women have spent years holding it in, wearing restrictive clothing, trying to make it less.
And over time, we lose contact with it entirely.
Meet your guide
Krista McGuigan is a women’s health practitioner, bodyworker, and herbalist specializing in womb & pelvic care. Her work centers on helping women come back into relationship with their bodies through slow, relational, hands-on practices that restore sensation, capacity, and trust.
This is for you if:
You don’t feel at home in your belly, and you don’t know how to change that.
You may recognize yourself here:
— You experience painful, heavy, or irregular periods and feel like you’re just managing them month to month
— Your digestion feels off — bloating, tension, constipation, or a sense that your body isn’t fully processing what you eat
— Your belly feels tight, held, or constantly braced, even when you try to relax
— You touch your belly and feel numb, distant, or unsure what you’re even feeling
— You’ve tried to “fix” things through diet, supplements, or protocols, but something still isn’t resolving
— You feel shame or frustration toward your belly — how it looks, how it feels, or both
— You’ve spent years sucking your stomach in or controlling it, and don’t know how to let it go
— You are postpartum, and your belly feels unfamiliar or disconnected
— You don’t know how to touch your body in a way that actually creates change
— You just know something feels off, even if you can’t explain why
— You’ve never been shown how to actually connect with your body through touch
— You live mostly in your head, and don’t know how to drop into your body in a real way
what you may experience
— increased sensation and awareness in your belly
— a greater ability to soften areas of tension or holding
— shifts in digestion, bloating, or menstrual patterns over time
— feeling more at ease in your body throughout the day
— a sense that your body is becoming more responsive, not just reactive
— a deeper ability to feel and stay with sensation, instead of disconnecting
— a growing sense of trust in your body and what it’s communicating
what we will do together
Together, we will enter into a guided practice of exploring your belly through the medicine of your own hands.
You’ll be supported to slow down, listen, and come into direct contact with your body.
This will include:
— a short orientation to your belly and how to approach your body
— a guided self-touch practice (30–45 minutes)
— space for integration, optional sharing, and Q&A
This isn’t about forcing change or applying another technique.
It’s about learning how to create the conditions where your body can actually respond and change.
This is a space to come into contact with your belly without agenda.
We are not touching with a goal or for performance — but to feel what is there underneath your fingertips.
This kind of touch is slow and relational. It is about meeting your body in a way where you can fully stay with whatever arises.
